OKT Trailer provides continuity of on-the-job, in-service and specialist training with OKT Academy or external training facilities within a specific plan in order to support the personal and professional development of employees.

In the classes of the OKT Academy for position requirements of the employees involved in the organization, planning, documenting, measuring and monitoring advanced training programs for technical, quality, personal development and labor law and specialization fields aimed at theoretical, practical and on-the-job training and mainly for the work ethic, discipline, safety, health and personal rights activities are performed. Apart from this, there are also a wide range of external trainings from private training to personal development trainings.
